New Collaborative Learning Trust has been ranked second in the National Centre for Diversity鈥檚 list of the 100 most inclusive workplaces and has won their 鈥淔urther Education Provider of the Year鈥 award.
This emphatic validation of NCLT鈥檚 commitment to inclusivity reflects years of consistent focus on promoting equality and diversity in the workplace. Combined with NCLT鈥檚 recently retained status as a Leader in Diversity, the NCfD awards further strengthen our Trust鈥檚 claim to be one of the best employers in the Yorkshire and Humberside region.
鈥淲e are delighted,鈥 said Lauren Walker, Chief of People Operations. 鈥淭his is a very significant achievement and reflects our passion to create a workplace where everyone feels valued and included, reflecting the diversity of the wide range of communities we serve across the region.
鈥淭hese awards are determined by benchmarking the data from our staff and stakeholder surveys against other organisations across the country, making these particularly significant and important achievements that the whole Trust should be incredibly proud of.鈥
Richard Fletcher, NCLT鈥檚 CEO, said: 鈥淚 am delighted, not only for Lauren and her whole team, but also because this reflects how committed our wider Trust community is to the values of inclusivity and equality. These values are part of our cultural DNA, something which we celebrate and work hard to promote across all our schools and colleges.鈥
The National Centre for Diversity鈥檚 top 100 list includes a wide range of organisations from across the country, including businesses, charities, housing associations, hospices, universities, and private and state schools and colleges.聽聽
